The platform
Everything hiring needs, built in
Messaging, contracts, hours and invoices live here, so hiring does not end in a spreadsheet.
Every ID checked by a person
Before anyone can apply to your job or message you, they send a photo of their government ID and a selfie, and a person on our team compares the two. Only then does the verified badge appear.
Government IDA face and a voice before the first message
Freelancers record a sixty second video introduction inside the platform. There is no upload button, so it cannot be someone else's footage. We watch every video before it shows on a profile.
No cut of what you pay
You pay one flat subscription for the platform. The pay you agree goes straight from you to your hire: we never hold it and never take a percentage.
Hours and invoices that agree
Your hire logs hours, you approve them week by week, and invoices are built from exactly the hours you approved. No screenshots and no monitoring software, ever.

Common questions
What does it cost?
Nothing, until you want to talk to someone. Browsing every profile, saving people and one live job post are free. Premium is what opens contact details, messaging and reading applications: from $19 a month billed yearly, or $39/month month to month. Freelancers never pay us anything.
Do you take a cut of what I pay?
No. You pay your hire directly, at whatever the two of you agree. We never sit in the middle of the money, and there is no percentage on anything.
What does “verified” actually mean?
It means a person on our team checked that freelancer's government ID against a selfie, and their name is locked to that ID from then on. It does not mean we reviewed their work: profiles are written and published by the freelancers themselves.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes, properly. A free account gets full search with every filter, saved lists, and one live job post that collects up to 25 applications. You will see who applied and follow every conversation as it happens. Reading what people actually wrote is where Premium starts.
How do rates work?
Each freelancer sets an hourly rate in Philippine pesos, and you see it as a dollar figure with the pesos alongside, converted at the European Central Bank's daily rate. There is no bidding here: the rate is their asking price, and the final terms are whatever you agree together.
Do you handle contracts or payments?
We give you the paperwork, never the payment rails. Contracts both sides sign, hours logged and approved weekly, and invoices built from the approved hours are all included. The money goes straight from you to your hire. We never touch it.
What happens if I cancel?
You drop back to the free plan and nothing is deleted. You keep search, your saved lists and your conversations, though what freelancers write blurs again until you renew, and your published jobs stop taking applications. Renew and everything comes back exactly as you left it. And if Premium simply did not work out, there is a 30-day money-back guarantee.
What time zone do people work in?
The Philippines runs on GMT+8, with no daylight saving. That is a full shared working day with Australia and most of Asia, mornings with Europe, and plenty of freelancers here habitually work US hours. Every profile states the hours its owner wants; the actual schedule is between the two of you.
